You would have your own parking space, bedroom, and full bathroom. There's a washer and dryer... in unit, and all utilities are included. The living room is partially furnished with a small couch and a kitchen table. It's in a quiet, family-friendly complex that is about a 10-minute drive to campus.
A little about me: I'm a professor at W&M (they/them pronouns) and am looking for a roommate for the next year who is also a W&M faculty or staff member. A grad student could also be a good fit. My husband and permanent home are elsewhere, so I'm gone most weekends. Ideally, I'm looking for someone chill and tidy.
