Good place, slow to respond I’ve been really happy with my apartment. There have just been a couple of times that I’ve needed management or maintenance, and it always takes a long time to get a response, especially from maintenance. Sometimes we need to submit multiple requests before we get any responses, which can be bothersome. Otherwise I am very happy here

The apartments are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Love the salt water pool and pool table!

Attain at Quarterpath
As a current resident, my main point of advice for current and future residents would be to ask management/maintenance when was the last time they did maintenance on your water heater in your unit.
