Since 1962, Lawson Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned business, has offered apartments and townhomes in Williamsburg and James City County. Our primary goal is to ensure our residents are happy and comfortable during their stay with us.
Lawson... Enterprises, Inc., provides affordable housing within walking and biking distance of the College of William and Mary's main campus. Our location is also conveniently situated near the bus line and close to several shopping areas, including both grocery and retail stores.
Our property features an on-site leasing office that operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also have an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, as well as a coin-operated laundromat for your convenience. Our maintenance staff is available during office hours, with support provided 24/7 for any emergencies. Furthermore, the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg is just a short distance away, offering a variety of fine dining options.
