The rent reflects the need to share 1.5 bathrooms with 2 other young female... professionals. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for everyone to have their own space too.
There is a large family room, living room, deck and pretty back yard too.
The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood 3.2 miles from W&M. I also have a cat. We are friendly, accepting of others, quiet, clean and easy to get along with.
