I've been a resident here for about 10 months and I received an email asking if I wanted to renew my contract or my lease, before doing so I wanted to have a conversation with the Office. Long story short, I said before I renew my contract or lease I would like to discuss some concerns. She asked me to articulated it in an email which I will however, she then asked me to explain to her in detail the problems that I had, once I started detailing the problems that I have and why I was concerned... the lady then hung up on me. I’m a resident here. Your job is to take our complaints regardless if you want to hear it or not, and you expect me to spend over $20,000 a year here when you ask me to voice my concerns and then you hang up on me because it’s the end of your shift? Give me a break. This place is a joke and I’m taking this to the highest of the highest level, if you wanna live here take a look at what you’re about to get yourself into.
The car washing port doesn’t work efficiently. I mentioned that and the lady got an attitude with me asking me to put in a request for maintenance. Meanwhile, that vacuum cleaner hasn’t been operational since I’ve lived here. They know it I’ve told them before I don’t understand what kind of common sense you have to have to just fix it
My daughter and I jumped in the pool on a Monday and they just shocked the pool. We didn’t know that there was no sign up, although it does say it as a precaution on the letters and all the paperwork that I received however I must’ve missed it. My point here is that the pool man watched my daughter and I jump into the pool completely and then the manager came out a half an hour later explaining to us that the pool is closed on Mondays, no big deal. I just wish the pool man would’ve said something.
The entire place is completely disgusting besides the front office. The front office is nice and clean, but the rest of the facility is absolutely gross. Come here walk around and see for yourself.
The tennis court has weeds growing in it the basketball backboard was left on the grass for months and months they saw it. They just didn’t feel like they needed to pick it up and throw it away.
The the gate is always broken however, obviously we cannot control everyone’s actions, but they leave it broken for a very long time.
it was dark in my hallway area because they decided to fix the light after months of it being down this place is a joke. come see for yourself.

The leasing office literally never answers their phone or emails. My roommates and I have been given conflicting information and it's incredibly hard to determine which information is correct.

Only been here a few months and I regret it everyday. Need lady luck to shine on me so I can break the lease. The property staff are a joke and don't care about residents. You can't find a contact method of the property company to send complaints too. Even BBB doesn't have a listing for them. This place may have been luxury 20 years ago, but not anymore.

Spotswood commons is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Large living spaces equipped with washer and dryer and it’s a beautiful place to just walk around. The walk in closets are a plus. They even throw community event that’s are catered with great food and it promotes an inclusive environment. Amy and Ashley will make the move in process very smooth, and they are the sweetest women I’ve ever met. They are very approachable and they will resolve any issue to the best of their ability... . This is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I made a great choice.

We came here temporarily, as seniors, while selling our house, and decide to stay, now for three years
Very attentive management and maintenance, very nice neighbors of all ages, pretty green space for dog walking , and nice layout and amenities in apartment
