While the apartments are beautiful and spacious, the upkeep of the buildings and grounds are quite poor. There seems to be no concern by management for the consistent reports of trash, dog poop, filthy floors and carpets in the buildings and more, as there has been no change. Many people have moved out already, and the complex is barely a year old. And I’ll be next.

You'd think that with these being so new, there would have been some consideration for soundproofing when they were built, but apparently this was not the case. You can here people talking, not just through walls, but through the ceiling as well. I live on the first floor, so I can't attest to hearing things from below, but I imagine it would be the same. To make matters worse, the management seems to be indifferent to noise complaints. Here is a short list of Pros and Cons.
Pros:
Very nice... apartments internally (appliances, countertops, etc.)
Pool
BBQ Pavilion
Trash pickup
Dog areas
Cons:
Noise from neighbors
Parking
Deliveries missing (food, Amazon, etc.)
Apathetic Management
Expensive clubhouse rental
No management on weekends
