1 Bedroom Apt with large bedroom, good size living room, small dining room, small kitchen, standard bath. Clothing closet in bedroom, as well as a large storage closet under the stairs. The kitchen features a full (smaller size) oven and stove,... full refrigerator, sink, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. There is NO dishwasher.
This unit is the downstairs unit within a small house that is in the back of our property. There is one upstairs renter. Between the two of you there is a laundry building that is shared - free washer and dryer. There is off-street parking.
Water, Trash, and Internet are included in the rent. You will be responsible for your own electric bill (which is typically pretty low).
Very safe neighborhood. Around 3 miles - 5 minutes - from Campus.
The family in the main house has 3 children, they won't interact much or bother you, but you should be aware in case you are anti-kid! You are welcome to use the yard, outdoor seating, etc.
No pets, No Smoking (in apartment or on property), No drugs.
