Hi! I’m starting this fall as a graduate student in the Computer Science department at William & Mary. I’ve just signed a lease for a 2 bed / 2 bath townhouse less than 1.5 miles from campus—it’s about a 6-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride... .
I’m looking for one roommate to take the second room. Rent comes to around $860/month including utilities. The space is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I’m very tidy (borderline OCD if I’m being honest) but I’d be fine with someone who isn’t quite as clean, as long as you’re at least tidy on a good day.
I do have a cat, so you’d need to be okay living with one friendly feline. I’m into sports and will probably be at the gym most days.
