One week free with immediate move-in! We are renting the whole unit, but will consider fully furnished and/or individual leases (by the room) for each party at a slightly higher rate.

Large primary suite with walk-in closet, separate bathroom, built-in desk + extra closet. Two people could share this master suite if related (therefore 4 total in the apartment), but otherwise the unit is limited to 3 unrelated people. The other 2 bedrooms are well-sized with ample closet space as well. Hall bathroom has some accessible features, but does require step-over-tub ability.

Kitchen and bathrooms have new granite countertops, sinks and lighting, are freshly painted, and include some new appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit.
