Since 1962, Lawson Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned business, has offered apartments and townhomes in Williamsburg and James City County. Our primary goal is to ensure our residents are happy and comfortable during their stay with us.
Lawson... Enterprises, Inc. provides affordable housing at our Marlboro Property, conveniently located near the bus line on Jamestown Road.
Our leasing office, located at 1310 Garrison Drive, operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Marlboro residents have access to the outdoor pool located near the leasing office on N. Mount Vernon Ave., which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Our Marlboro property does not have an on-site laundromat. We offer washer and dryer rentals for a monthly fee, or you may use the coin-operated laundromat across the street from the swimming pool on N. Mount Vernon Ave.
Our maintenance staff is available during office hours, with support provided 24/7 for any emergencies.
Furthermore, the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg is just a short distance away, offering a variety of fine dining options.
