Marlboro residents may us the outdoor pool and... Laundromat that are located on North Mount Vernon Avenue, close to the rental office. Our maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. The historic area of Colonial Williamsburg is only a short distance away with its many choices in fine dining. We welcome all college students and staff to come to Lawson Enterprises and enjoy the Williamsburg lifestyle and all it has to offer!

Pets are allowed with a $350.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet fee is required for a dog, cat, ferret, bird or rabbit. No more than three (3) pets and/or assistance animals allowed in a unit. Assistance animals require documentation from a licensed provider.
