Hello there!
I currently have 1 room available in a house shared with female students / professionals. Rent is $750 per month with shared 1.5 baths. The lease term is somewhat flexible. ** Women only - must be okay with cats. **
The house is... in a quiet, safe neighborhood 2.6 miles from W&M. There is a bus stop about 1 mile away, across from CVS. Its an easy bike ride through the neighborhood and there is a place to lock the bike up, or you can put it on the bus. If you need a bike, I can provide one for your use for free.
Extra storage space and containers are available - free. I can also help you move in and move out, and provide rides to the airport for a small fee.
You will share 1.5 bathrooms with 1 other young professional woman. You have your own refrigerator. Each tenant has their own space in the kitchen and bathrooms - there is plenty of room for everyone.
There is a large family room, deck and a pretty back yard too. We are friendly, accepting of others, quiet, clean and easy to get along with.
