The manager plays a great role in this apartment complex being great. Monesa goes above and beyond to make sure all residents are happy and taken care of. Monesa is always available to address any concerns or questions we have,and she does so with a positive attitude and genuine care. She is personable,professional, and truly dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment for all tenants.

Needed a studio apartment for a student at W&M. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Honestly, didn't expect it to be so nice because the outside is okay, nothing wrong with it just okay. New floors, appliances and kitchen area (believe it was redone within the last two years at the most). Super clean. Staff is just wonderful- kind and helpful. Huge bathroom with a shower/tub! We were so pleased with the space. Used a pull out love seat for the bed and that just left so much space available for a studio. Would highly recommend.
