Offering a bedroom in this well-maintained, clean, student occupied house. The house is located 1 and 1/2 miles from campus in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is within a short bicycle ride (two miles) to campus or walking distance to the... bus stop and convenient to many other amenities (shopping, groceries, banks, pharmacy, and etc.). The room is available for 12 months (beginning Aug. 1, 2026), with the option to renew. If you need it earlier, perhaps there will be an option for the summer. There are two (perhaps three) bedrooms available: $625 and $675 a month. Non-smokers. Pets are prohibited. The common areas are fully furnished and bedroom furniture can be provided if needed (no additional charge). There is a great back yard and detached storage. Studious and serious students sought, thank you, as that is the atmosphere that we offer. Female or male, Graduate or Law Students, or Undergraduates who are serious and study-oriented.
